Terms And Conditions
THESE ARE ALL CLEENZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS . WITH EVERY APPOINTMENT BOOKED YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. THANK YOU.
Prices
- Prices over the telephone are for average sizes. If they are larger than discussed on the phone, prices will increase.
Access
- There must be water and electricity at the property when the work is being carried out. Without this the work cannot be completed.
- Clients are responsible for providing access to their property. Keys must be provided to open and close locked doors. If access is not provide to the property is subject to a £50 fee.
Payment
- Unless otherwise agreed by the All Cleenze, payment must be made before the Cleaning Team leave the premises.
- If bank transfer is agreed with the client, it must be paid in full within 24 hours of the completion of the clean.
- Unless agreed by the All Cleenze, Payment from estate agents must be paid within 21 DAYS,
Cancellations
- The Client can cancel or reschedule the scheduled service by giving us at least a 24h notice. Failure to provide us with the needed notice will result with a 30GBP cancellation fee.
- All Cleenze or the client has the right to cancel, if the unforeseen circumstances occur e.g illness. The client has theses same rights.
Claims
- If the clean is deemed unsatisfactory by the client, they must contact us within 24hours of the clean date. If the property was empty for longer than 24 hours we will take this into account.
- If damage has been found and we are to blame, then All Cleenze will repair the item at its cost. this may be through insurance.
- if furniture is placed back on the carpets when wet and caused damage. All Cleenze will not be responsable or provide a second clean to reflect this.
- All work carried out is covered by our Public Liability Insurace...
